12 Week Selfcare Program with Yoga & Ayurveda

In this 12-week self-care program integrating coaching, yoga, and Ayurveda is a holistic approach to well-being. This program is designed to gradually introduce and reinforce healthy habits, resulting in more balanced life and fulfilling life. Please note that this is a general outline, and will be customized based on individual disbalance, needs and preferences. In this program we will work on the 6 dimensions of wellbeing: Spiritual, Physical, Social, Vocational, Emotional/Mental, Intellectual. These 6 dimensions includes and integrates body, mind & soul.

Participants are eligible for a 15 minute coaching session each week.

Weeks 1-2: Foundations and Goal Setting

Session 1: Welcome and Goal Setting
Session 2: Self-Reflection and Awareness. Introduction to the program and setting personalized wellness goals. Identifying key areas of focus for self-improvement.
Journaling exercises to enhance self-awareness.
Discussing current lifestyle habits and stressors.

Weeks 3-6: Ayurvedic Lifestyle Integration, Ayurveda Sessions.

Session 3: Introduction to Ayurveda
Understanding the basic principles of Ayurveda.
Dosha assessment and personalized recommendations.

Session 4: Ayurvedic Nutrition and Meal Planning.
Guidance on Ayurvedic dietary principles.
Creating personalized meal plans.

Session 5: Daily Routines (Dinacharya)
Establishing a daily routine aligned with Ayurvedic practices.
Incorporating mindfulness and self-care rituals.

(Participants can have access to online resources, recorded sessions, and support forums for ongoing assistance.)
