Workshop Digital Balance
Become digitally mindful is 3 steps:
- Understand your digital habits
- Focus on your values
- Design your favourable habits.
The workshop provides insight into and knowledge of the addictive mechanisms and increase in use / dependence, the consequences of the shift from offline to online and insight into what you can do in practice to regain control. Basic yoga and mindfulness practices and integrated in the workshop.

- Ontwikkel gunstige gewoonten
De workshop geeft inzicht in en kennis van de verslavende mechanismen en toename in gebruik / afhankelijkheid, de gevolgen van de verschuiving van offline naar online en inzicht in wat je in de praktijk kunt doen om de controle terug te krijgen. Basis yoga en mindfulness oefeningen worden geïntegreerd in de workshop.
