What is Yoga?
The word yoga comes from Sanskrit and means “connecting” or “bringing together”. With yoga we want to connect body and mind together. Yoga is more than just physically practicing attitudes (asanas). Attitudes are combined with breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation (Dhyana) and concentration (Dharana).
