Heb je geen of weinig ervaring met yoga? Dan raden wij je aan om een introductie tot yoga te volgen bij ons.

Hatha Flow & Yin

In the Hatha Flow & Yin lessons we practice a wonderful flow of different yoga poses. You build strength and trust in the various postures.  

You get the opportunity to delve into certain yin postures at the end of the lesson, which generally vary every week. It gives you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and practice of yin asanas. We hold the postures for a little bit longer than in the regular Hatha Yoga classes.

Online classes till april 6th

Due to the national policy on Corona virus (Covid-19), saktiisha your home of yoga will be bringing yoga to your home, so you can join our classes wherever you are.

Our team of teachers will be offering our classes online, real-time as of MARCH 17th. All yoga classes will be adjusted to a one-hour duration. You can register for the classes through our website as usual. The studio itself is closed until April 6th. Let us all embrace this time to remain peaceful, journey inwards, and keep practising yoga.
