Arrive in time

Make sure you 15 minutes to 5 minutes at the latest are present before the start of the lesson, on location or online. If you come earlier, you have a chance that the teacher will not be able to open the door for you or allow you to enter and if you are late, there is a good chance that the lesson has already started and you will no longer be admitted. The door closes at the start of the lesson on location. In this way the lesson can start on time and quietly.

REPORT BODY / PSYCHIC COMPLAINTS OR PREGNANCY

Tell the teacher if you have physical and / or mental complaints or if you are pregnant. Your well-being and health is very important to us.

RESPECT THE PEACE AND SILENCE IN THE YOGA SPACES

For many, practicing yoga is a way to relax or to return. We therefore ask you to respect this. Also make sure your cell phone is off or silent. We also recommend that you switch off your mobile phone during an online lesson.

KEEP THE SPACES CLEAN AND CLEAN

Please contribute to keep the rooms clean and tidy.

  • do not enter the yoga rooms with shoes and
  • do not bring any food;
  • put used tea cups on the tray in the hallway / tea room.

WEAR MINIMUM PERFUME

Many of us are allergic and sensitive to strong odors. To minimize inconvenience to others, wear as little as possible or no perfume at all.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Yoga has a therapeutic and beneficial effect on your physical, mental and spiritual health, provided that it is done responsibly. saktiisha offers the following guidelines to prevent a risk of injury or injury.

  • Always consult your doctor before you start yoga when you are not sure if you are completely healthy or pregnant.
  • If you have an injury or other physical complaint, always inform the teacher before you start a yoga class.
  • Listen and follow the teacher’s instructions.
  • Listen carefully to your own body and take your own limits into account.
  • Don’t do exercises that are painful for you.
  • Ask questions if you are unsure how to perform an exercise.

POSSIBLE EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL REACTIONS

Yoga stimulates all kinds of systems in the body and triggers processes. It is possible that you may, for example, suffer from toxins that are removed. You can get a headache or nausea. Physical complaints can also have a mental cause. Emotional blockages can also be felt; It is also not strange that you can become emotional during or after class.. It is important to give space to your emotions, to observe them and to work with them. Discuss it with the teacher for advice and / or guidance.

MATERIAL

Please take care of your own materials. If in doubt what you need, please contact us.

EAT, DRINK AND SMOKE

We recommend not to eat two hours before class. If you do, eat something light. It is also better not to drink half an hour before class and during class. We also recommend not to smoke before class.

CLOTHING, PERFUME AND JEWELRY

Wear clean and comfortable clothing. We recommend that you do not wear jewelry and watches and prefer not to wear perfume.

BOOK YOUR LESSON AND UNSUBSCRIBE

We maintain a minimum and maximum number of participants for the lessons. It is therefore advisable to reserve your lesson. Are you prevented? Then unsubscribe 2 hours before the start of the lesson. This is all possible via Online Scheduler or the APP schedule available via Apple Store or Google Play. If you do not cancel in time, the lesson will be charged: 1 lesson with lesson card and with unlimited subscribers a separate lesson rate will be charged.
