House Rules & Practical Information

Our house rules are based on the yoga sutras (philosophy)
yama’s (what not to do) and niyama’s (what to do)

Arrive in time

Make sure you 15 minutes to 5 minutes at the latest are present before the lesson starts. If you come in earlier then you have a chance that the teacher cannot open the door for you and if you arrive late there is a good chance that the lesson has already started and the door will not be opened again. The doors close at the start of the lesson. In this way the lesson can start on time and quietly.

REPORT BODY / PSYCHIC COMPLAINTS OR PREGNANCY

Tell the teacher if you have physical and / or mental complaints or if you are pregnant. Your well-being and health is very important to us.

RESPECT THE PEACE AND SILENCE IN THE YOGA SPACES

For many, practicing yoga is a way to relax or to return. We therefore ask you to respect this. Also make sure your cell phone is off or silent.

KEEP THE SPACES CLEAN AND CLEAN

Please contribute to keep the rooms clean and tidy.

  • do not enter the yoga rooms with shoes and
  • do not bring any food;
  • put used tea cups on the tray in the hallway / tea room.

WEAR MINIMUM PERFUME

Many of us are allergic and sensitive to strong odors. To minimize inconvenience to others, wear as little as possible or no perfume at all.
