Recently transplanted to Den Haag from New York, Jen spent the last nine years learning yoga and using it as a tool for thriving in a fast-paced world. With 400 hours of training in various styles, her classes are dynamic and combine meditation and movement for a self-reflective practice.

Jen strives to help students contextualize their own truth in a world of over- stimulation through self-acceptance and openness. In a Vinyasa class, you can expect fun, flowy sequencing to activate the muscular body and link movement with the breath. In a Yin class, you can expect a softening practice. Influenced by my music and DJing background, the deeper layers of muscular and connective tissue are accessed alongside meditative music. In a Restorative class, you can expect a deeper dive into a state of total relaxation and mindfulness. Instruction will always include modifications to help keep the practice challenging yet safe.
