DAILY ROUTINE WITH AYURVEDA
Riim will write or make a video about daily routine in Ayurveda for optimal health.
As Ayurveda is a sister science of Yoga the daily videos or blogs will be a great way for you to learn about how daily routine can help you be healthy.
It will also include daily guided meditation video of 5 tot 10 minutes and include homework for you to practice meditation for 40 days long.
